We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you.

INTRODUCTION

You will be able to access most areas of this website without registering your details with us, although certain areas of this website are only open to you if you register.

REGISTRATION

To register with the Planet Pretty website you must be over 18 years of age.   Each registration is for a single user only, and we do not permit you to share your username and password with any other person.  Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.   We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.

PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with the Data Protection Act, we will only use your personal details for our own business purposes and will not pass your details to any third party companies.

We only take the details that are essential for us getting your order out to you, or to contact you regarding your order .  When processing online transactions we never receive your card details.   All payments are dealt with securely via Paypal. 

If you opt to sign up for our newsletter, then we will occasionally contact you via email to alert you to special offers, new products, updated information and other services or events that you may be interested in. You can unsubscribe from Newsletters at any time.

ORDERING FROM US

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process.  As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order, and this is when the purchase contract will be made. The deduction of monies from your Payment Card does not mean that we have accepted your order nor does it mean that a contract has been formed between us. In the event that we reject your order we will credit your Payment Card with the amount deducted.

We may refuse to accept an order: (a) where goods are not available; (b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or (d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

By placing your order, you agree that Planet Pretty’s total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the price actually paid to Planet Pretty for the product.

PAYMENT

All orders must be paid for by credit or UK debit cards, or by Paypal account.  Payments will be processed via the secure PayPal website.   We do not accept payment by cheque or postal order, and you cannot pay in instalments.  All prices shown are in pounds sterling (£).

DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch your chosen items within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) of receiving your order.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made by us or our carrier to the Delivery Address as specified by you at the time of placing your order.  If goods are not able to be received at this address, then subsequent redirections or redeliveries are chargeable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing info@planetpretty.co.uk or by calling our customer service number 0845 269 9637. 

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to put it back in the post to us, and we will refund you the cost of the item only (not the delivery.)

REFUND/RETURNS POLICY

We trust that you will be very satisfied with your purchases, but in the event that you wish to return items please do contact us immediately. 

We will then confirm your exchange or refund with you and provide all the necessary return details. We will ask you to return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less delivery costs. You will be issued with a credit note for any items returned after this time.

You will receive your exchange or refund (excluding any postage) within 10 working days of us receiving back the goods.     

Unless the goods are defective or damaged (see below), you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.  Please ensure all items are wrapped securely and we recommend that you use Recorded Delivery. 

Unfortunately we will be unable to accept items broken or lost during return transit, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they have reached us and we will not reimburse you until the goods are returned to us in good (fit for resale) condition. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

If goods returned to us are found to be damaged, we will not refund any money. We will tell you this in writing by email. The goods will then be kept at our premises for 90 days from the date of that written notice, after which time we will dispose of them without any further notice to you. You may pay us to return them to you as long as you tell us in writing before the expiry of the 90-day period.

Please note that personalised items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY

We take the utmost care to ensure that your order arrives with you in the same condition that it left us.  If this is not the case, please let us know immediately. We will either send you a new item, or refund your payment (including delivery costs)

PRICING

We  do not charge VAT, as we are not VAT registered.

Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.

 Our prices are reviewed periodically.

SERVICE ACCESS

While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.   Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

COPYRIGHT

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors.

You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the following basis: (a) no documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way; (b) no graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text; and (c) any of our copyright and trade mark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies.

Any use of extracts from this Website (other than in accordance with those listed above) is prohibited.

No part of this Website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without our prior written permission.

LIABILITY

We, exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party in connection with this Website, including but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing this Website or your downloading of any material from this Website or any websites linked to this Website.   If your use of material on this Website results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data, you assume all costs thereof.

You agree to indemnify us fully, defend and hold us harmless from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of any breach of the terms and conditions by you, or your use of this Website, or the use by any other person using your registration details.
